It is a very, very windy day and Elmer and Cousin Wilbur are up to their tricks again, making their friends believe that Elmer has been blown away. The other elephants enjoy the joke but Bird is cross. So Elmer sets out to prove that a heavy elephant simply can't be blown away - but he is in for a big surprise!
